Join our Team Now @ Bright.com/Careers About the Event Consultant: As an Event Consultant at Bright, you’ll be the primary point of contact for clients renting event products and services. You’ll guide clients through the rental process, offer recommendations, and coordinate details with our internal teams to ensure every event runs smoothly. This role is ideal for someone with a background in customer service, sales, or event coordination who enjoys working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and in person Schedule and host showroom appointments at our Sonoma location Enter and manage rental orders accurately in our reservation system Recommend rental products for weddings, winery events, private parties, and corporate events Answer client questions regarding pricing, availability, delivery, and product options Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams to ensure product availability and smooth event execution Support Event Directors with order updates, changes, and client communication Accurately bill and track orders to ensure timely fulfillment Work in office Monday–Friday, with rotating Saturday shifts as business needs require Qualifications for Event Consultant: Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or event coordination preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Zoom Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail Ability to multitask and manage multiple client orders simultaneously Spanish-speaking skills are highly valued but not required Professional, reliable, and team-oriented mindset Ability to reliably commute to our Sonoma, CA location Benefits: Weekly pay Full-time benefits: medical, dental, vision, life insurance 401(k) with company match Team member appreciation events: BBQs, company outings, holiday events A supportive, family-oriented culture that values your growth and contributions Why Work at Bright Event Rentals in Sonoma?
