QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior customer service experience and hospitality experience in office settings.
  • Experience working in conference centers, reception role or office admin roles.
  • Good amount of heavy lifting, pushing chairs and conference room tables. No equipment use
  • Extensive walking, standing and lifting.

Responsibilities:.

  • Setting up hotel office spaces at our client’s site
  • Set up and break down conference rooms for client events.
  • Help set up for day and evening events at the firm.
  • Also, will cover lunch/breaks for reception.
