Job Description We’re on the lookout for a proactive and detail-driven Events Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this exciting and fast-paced role, you’ll be at the heart of bringing memorable events to life — from intimate gatherings to large-scale conferences and elegant weddings. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you’ll ensure every detail is meticulously planned and flawlessly delivered, creating exceptional experiences that leave a lasting impact. Taking ownership of the full event lifecycle — from initial planning and coordination to on-the-day execution, billing, and post-event follow-up Creating and managing Banquet Event Orders, ensuring all event details are clearly communicated and executed to standard Building and nurturing strong client relationships through clear, consistent communication and outstanding service Collaborating closely with internal departments and on-site partners to ensure events are delivered seamlessly and exceed expectations Overseeing event invoicing and payments, ensuring all financial processes align with agreed contract terms and timelines Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field. Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning or coordination in a luxury hotel, event venue, or hospitality setting. Experience handling weddings, corporate events, or high-profile gatherings is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia. Attention to detail and a creative mindset for crafting memorable guest experiences Strong organizational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
