Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept development to post-event evaluation. Manage event logistics including venue selection, vendor communication, and scheduling. Oversee event budgets, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful outcomes. Collaborate with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored event solutions. Supervise on-site event setup, operations, and breakdown while maintaining brand standards. Prepare post-event reports and feedback summaries for continuous improvement. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or project management. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage vendors and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends based on event schedules.
