Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events that elevate our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of events from inception to completion. Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and event delivery. Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and oversee expenses to stay within financial limits. Source and secure event venues, catering, entertainment, and other necessary services. Develop detailed event timelines and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth operations. Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown while solving any issues that arise promptly. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as events require.
