The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events from concept to completion. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event exceeds expectations. Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned events, including logistics, budgets, and timelines. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives. Source and negotiate with vendors, venues, and service providers. Oversee event setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up. Manage event staff and ensure smooth on-site operations. Prepare reports and maintain accurate event documentation. Ensure brand consistency and high-quality standards in every event. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
