Job Description Job Description Bela Brand Bat is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our Houston team. This role is essential in planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of events that reflect our clients' brand goals. From corporate functions to immersive activations, you will manage logistics, vendor relations, timelines, and on-site execution to ensure a seamless experience from start to finish. Responsibilities Plan and oversee the production of branded events, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables Coordinate with vendors, venues, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution Conduct site inspections and pre-event planning meetings Manage event set-up, on-site logistics, and post-event breakdown Handle real-time problem-solving and ensure high-quality delivery Track expenses, prepare reports, and evaluate event performance metrics Maintain strong communication with clients and support creative briefing sessions Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1–3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or production (agency experience is a plus) Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning tools Ability to work on-site and travel as required for event execution Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary ($56,000–$60,000 annually) Opportunities for career growth and advancement within the agency Skill-building and training opportunities across creative and logistical disciplines Collaborative and supportive team environment Exposure to a variety of high-profile events and clients
