We’re looking for an on-site Event Coordinator to support our live fashion sketching services. The role is best suited for someone who is looking for additional income during weekends and is organized and interested in art and fashion.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
• Being punctual.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Reliable transportation to and from events.
• Reliable smartphone for taking pictures.

Organization

• Arrive 1 hour before the event starts to help set up the artist’s table.
• Coordinate table setup.
• Manage the queue of guests waiting for sketches.
• Promote Alisa Maxime Studio’s services to the guests.

Content creation:

• Take pictures of guests for sketching.
• Capture special photos of the bride and groom at weddings.
• Take photos and videos to capture the atmosphere and the artist at work.
