What you'll do: Coordinate end-to-end planning including scheduling, logistics, catering, AV Services and guest management for a diverse range of events. Review and monitor event budgets, ensuring efficient spending and high-quality execution. Manage venue selection, negotiate with vendors and partners, coordinate catering, oversee AV setup, arrange travel, and address technical requirements. Oversee on-site event execution, handling logistics, resolving issues to ensuring a seamless experience. Conduct post-event evaluations, financial reconciliation, and gather feedback for ongoing improvements in future events. Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales and leadership to align event objectives with company goals. What you'll bring: Experience in event coordination, including managing multiple events simultaneously. Strong project coordination, organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills with experience collaborating with multiple teams and departments, clients, vendors and partners A proactive, solution-oriented approach to tackling challenges as they arise. Demonstrated experience in managing and optimising event budgets. Proficiency with CRM tools such as Hubspot advantageous. Flexibility and willingness to work outside of regular business hours and travel when required.
