JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Events Coordinator at Chiki Chan, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing special events, private parties, and corporate functions to ensure seamless and enjoyable experiences for our patrons. You will work closely with our team to coordinate event logistics, manage reservations, and deliver exceptional service.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in event planning or hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Friendly, professional, and proactive attitude.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate various events, including private parties, corporate bookings, and special celebrations.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and tailor event details accordingly.
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.
  • Manage event bookings, schedules, and budgets.
  • Promote upcoming events through social media and other channels.
  • Ensure all events adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle any on-the-day issues that arise.
