JOB DESCRIPTION

Manages events presence and messaging; oversee the process to join associations and vertical involvement.
Drives brand awareness and lead generation through association participation and engagement.
Owns and executes all aspects of the T2 and T3 events schedule and partners with the RM/BD to deliver events.
Works closely for the strategy development of communications, program management and events planning.
Strategic, tactical, and administrative leader responsible for developing and conveying message to its employees, expanding the organization’s use of digital capabilities (IntraSites & SharePoint) to showcase new & relevant content, engaging stakeholders and continuing to establish the business unit across the enterprise.
Must have ablility to Travel to Mexico, Caribbean and potentially LATAM.
Travel will not be all the time but as needed if needed to support any shows or associations.
Spanish speaking perferred
Ablity to come to Riverwoods 3 days a week. 606 office locations is an option later down the road when work is established.
