SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced, passionate Banquet Manager to book and oversee events at The Gathering Place, Mill Plaza, Archibald’s Upper Silo, The Cellar and The Gear Room. The Banquet Manager is responsible to help grow business, ensure that all banquets are executed to the highest standards and exceed client expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in food safety regulations and best practices.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
