As an Event Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the planning, execution, and management of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Job: On site Location: Los Angeles, CA Pay Range: $900 - $1150 per week Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate all aspects of events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events. Develop event timelines, agendas, and schedules to ensure smooth execution. Manage event registrations, participant communications, and the dissemination of information. Negotiate contracts with vendors and venues to secure favorable terms and pricing. Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring quality and compliance with safety standards. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful events. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
