JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Event Coordinator with an Interior Design Background to join our team in the Hospitality and Food & Beverage (F&B) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with our brand and target market. You will lead all aspects of event participation, from logistics to kiosk design, while driving sales and enhancing brand visibility. Your leadership and ability to innovate will be key to delivering successful, memorable events.

· Event Planning & Participation:
Identify and evaluate relevant trade shows, expos, festivals, and other events. Build relationships with event organizers to secure premium locations and manage all event logistics, including permits, staffing, and product coordination.
· Kiosk Design & Setup:
Oversee the design and construction of event booths and kiosks, ensuring brand alignment and a visually striking presence. Manage on-site installations and efficient setup/teardown.
· Sales Optimization:
Develop strategies to maximize product sales at events. Work closely with marketing to plan promotions and customer engagement activities, and provide post-event analysis to measure success and recommend improvements.
· Innovation & Brand Representation:
Propose innovative event ideas to differentiate the brand. Incorporate industry trends to enhance customer experience and foster long-term relationships with vendors and partners.
· Team Leadership & Vendor Management:
Lead and manage event teams, from hiring and training to on-site supervision. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless execution while adhering to timelines and budgets.
