  • Languages: Fluent in English, German, and Russian (spoken and written).
  • Experience: 2+ years in event planning, preferably in an academic or corporate setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute university events, including, but not limited to academic conferences, graduation ceremonies, student activities, and corporate networking events.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue selection, catering, setup, and guest/student coordination.
  • Work closely with faculty, marketing, and student services to align events with university goals.
  • Develop and manage event budgets while ensuring cost-effective planning.
  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and sponsors to ensure high-quality event delivery.
  • Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and printed materials in collaboration with the marketing team.
  • Handle event registration, ticketing, and guest lists.
  • Provide on-site event support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise.
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide reports on success and areas for improvement.
