We are seeking a highly organized and creative Event Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute a variety of events that enhance our brand presence, strengthen customer engagement, and support our business growth. This role will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and management to ensure all events reflect our company values and deliver a seamless experience.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Creativity and the ability to translate brand identity into engaging event experiences
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with event management software is an asset
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed for events
Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate company events, trade shows, workshops, and promotional activities from concept to completion
  • Manage event timelines, budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics
  • Develop event themes, layouts, and schedules to maximize customer experience and brand impact
  • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns for upcoming events
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution (inventory, staffing, customer service)
  • Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports with recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain a calendar of events and ensure deadlines are consistently met
  • Travel frequently for business events, primarily within Canada
