POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking an Event Coordinator with 2–3 years of experience in event planning or hospitality. This role is responsible for the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of a wide variety of events at our venue. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, client-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in event coordination or hospitality
  • Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Responsibilities
  • Work directly with clients to understand event objectives, themes, and specific needs
  • Coordinate all event logistics including venue setup, catering, AV, décor, and staffing
  • Create detailed event timelines, floor plans, and run-of-show documents
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery
  • Monitor event budgets and recommend cost-effective solutions
  • Conduct site tours, client meetings, and pre-event briefings
  • Oversee event, setup, execution, and teardown, ensuring high-quality standards
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide prompt resolutions
  • Collect post-event feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
