About the Role: The Group Sales Activation Coordinator (Event Coordinator) role will be dedicated to supporting the Ticket Sales team through administration and execution of events and activations at Rogers Place for Oilers, Oil Kings. This person will play a key role in coordinating event logistics and managing sales assets and inventory within the Group Sales department. Responsibilities include preparing event details, maintaining schedules, and providing on-site event support during game nights and live events. This position will liaise with clients, internal departments, and external stakeholders, prepare and distribute event details, and provide onsite support during event execution through to post-event reporting and financial settlement.
