REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Diploma Holder and Fresh Entry Level is welcomed!
  • Passion for events and is able to work long hours if required (don’t worry, you will be compensated accordingly)
  • Effective Oral and Written Communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
  • Proficient in Google Document, Google Slides and Google Sheets
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Keen attention to small/fine details

Responsibilities
  • Brainstorm and Conceptualize ideas & concepts for proposal
  • Working closely with the Event Producer to execute events
  • Opportunity to pitch and present event proposal to client
  • Showcall & Programme management during event day
  • Overseeing and Liaising with various stakeholders involved in the event
  • Provide on-site support for events and any other adhoc duties
