Description
We are seeking a high-energy, creative, and organized Event Coordinator to plan and execute impactful in-person events. This full-time, in-office role (Located in the Clear Lake area) requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys connecting with people, and can manage multiple moving parts with enthusiasm and professionalism. Position Responsibilities: · Plan, coordinate, and execute educational and community-focused events from start to finish. · Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to promote events and drive attendance. · Create and implement follow-up campaigns to maintain engagement after events. · Book and coordinate speakers, including attorneys, law enforcement officers, and other professionals. · Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence through creative and consistent posting, engagement, and event promotion. · Work closely with team members and leadership to ensure successful event logistics, setup, and execution. · Track event performance and attendance and provide post-event reporting. This position is not limited to the responsibilities listed above, and expectations may adjust based on the organizations current needs. Qualifications: · Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or community engagement. · Strong communication and organizational skills. · Experience with email marketing tools (such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar). · Experience with event management software (such as Eventbrite, or similar) · Familiarity with social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). · Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. · A bubbly, positive, and people-oriented personality with a strong work ethic. · Must be able to work primarily in-office and be available for occasional evening or weekend events. Work Hours and Benefits: This position will be paid at a salary rate of $60,000 - $80,000 DOE with opportunities for bonuses. This is a full-time position, in the office (Located in Clear Lake area).
