JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events, ensuring that each event runs smoothly from conception to completion. This role requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, as well as a passion for creating memorable experiences for clients and guests.

SKILLS

  • Experience in upselling services or products related to events.
  • Knowledge of event marketing techniques to attract attendees.
  • Proven ability in event planning from start to finish.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients and team members.
  • Previous banquet experience is a plus for catering-related events.
  • Familiarity with contracts related to event planning is essential.
  • Background in catering or restaurant operations is beneficial.
