POSITION OVERVIEW

The Event Coordinator at The Legend at Bristlecone is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club’s dining and banquet services. This hands-on leadership role ensures exceptional member service, consistent execution of events and meals, and smooth coordination between the front-of-house team and other departments. The manager upholds the service standards and values of The Legend Clubs while supporting a positive and professional team environment.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

· Proven leadership and supervisory skills in a food and beverage setting.
· Strong communication and customer service abilities with a focus on member satisfaction.
· Knowledge of fine dining service standards, banquet operations, and upscale hospitality practices.
· Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and work under pressure.
· Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
· Experience with POS systems and standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
· Understanding of cost control, inventory, and labor management principles.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING

Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience in food & beverage or club management.

Responsibilities

· Manage and direct all front-of-house food and beverage operations, including dining service, banquets, and special events at The Legend at Brandybrook.
· Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise service staff to ensure high service standards are met or exceeded.
· Conduct daily team meetings and provide coaching, support, and feedback to enhance staff performance and service quality.
· Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Events Manager to ensure timely and coordinated service delivery.
· Monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and help manage labor and operational expenses within budget.
· Respond to member inquiries, feedback, and concerns with professionalism and attention to detail.
· Oversee setup and breakdown of dining and event spaces to align with club expectations
· Ensure all food service areas comply with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
· Implement and maintain training procedures and service protocols.
