The ideal candidate will have a passion for event management and exceptional multitasking abilities, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to deliver memorable experiences for our clients and attendees.  Responsibilities: * Plan and coordinate all aspects of corporate and private events from start to finish. * Develop detailed event proposals and timelines to ensure smooth project management. * Collaborate with vendors, venues, and service providers to negotiate contracts and secure necessary resources. * Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial objectives are met. * Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown ensuring all logistical elements function seamlessly. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field preferred. * Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role with a track record of successful event execution. * Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and vendors. * Ability to manage budgets and financial tracking related to event planning.
