The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of corporate and community events. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities Plan, organize, and execute events from concept to completion Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless event execution Manage event timelines, logistics, and budgets Oversee setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown of events Ensure all necessary permits, insurance, and safety protocols are in place Prepare post-event reports and evaluate success metrics Handle unexpected issues or last-minute changes professionally and efficiently Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2+ years of experience in event planning or coordination Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed for events Additional Information Benefits Competitive salary: $57,000 – $60,000 per year Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Hands-on experience with diverse event types and high-profile clients Collaborative and creative work environment Skills development and cross-training opportunities Paid time off and holidays
