Job Description Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing corporate and brand-related events from concept to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring each event aligns with our clients’ goals and enhances their brand image through flawless execution and superior service. Responsibilities Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management. Liaise with clients to determine event goals, timelines, and budget constraints. Manage on-site operations to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently. Collaborate with internal departments to align event strategy with brand identity. Oversee event staff, contractors, and partners to maintain quality standards. Monitor and track budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. Conduct post-event evaluations and deliver actionable feedback. Qualifications Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines. Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail. Familiarity with budgeting, vendor negotiations, and scheduling tools.
