Are you passionate about live events and love being part of the action? We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to help bring unforgettable experiences to life at two of Perth’s most iconic venues – the WACA Ground and Optus Stadium.
In this exciting role, you’ll play a key part in the planning and delivery of event day operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so fans and guests enjoy every moment. From sports to concerts and everything in between, no two days are the same!
This is a full time, 12 month fixed term position, with the potential transition to a permanent position.

Responsibilities
  • Demonstrated ability and experience in event delivery
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Professional communication, written and verbal skills
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain effective relationships
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritise and meet critical deadlines whilst handling multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to adapt to different people and circumstances, and generate and offer alterative solutions
  • Availability for flexibility with working hours with early starts or late finishes and regular weekend work, based on the season fixtures.
  • Event Management Degree, or equivalent (desirable)
  • Experience working in a large entertainment venue or sporting setting (desirable)
  • Experience recruiting and managing casual staff (desirable)
