OVERVIEW

We’re hiring 2 friendly, proactive and driven Event Customer Service & Sales Associates to represent KameLo at their annual trade show. This is a casual role during the show, with potential ongoing opportunities for the right candidates who demonstrate strong sales performance, excellent customer service, and long-term availability. Attractive remuneration will vary based on skill set and experience.

BONUS/USEFUL SKILLS

  • Lead capture and basic CRM data entry experience.
  • Visual merchandising and booth presentation skills.
  • WHS awareness and safe manual handling practices.
  • Multilingual communication skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales conversations or trade show environments.
  • Basic content capture (photos/short videos) for social updates during events.
  • Cash handling and POS familiarity (if required for on-stand sales).
  • Ability to quickly learn technical product features and explain them simply.
Responsibilities
  • Provide welcoming, professional service to event attendees at our exhibit booth.
  • Learn and confidently communicate KameLo product knowledge, including PPE trends and features.
  • Demonstrate consultative sales techniques to drive new customer acquisition.
  • Qualify leads, capture contact details, and book follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain booth presentation, merchandising standards, and stock organization.
  • Assist with booth setup and pack-down; ensure a safe, tidy environment in line with WHS best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Manager and team members to meet daily engagement and sales targets.
  • Accurately record interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes using provided tools.
    Note: This is a casual opportunity for the duration of the show. For high performers who show strong sales capability, great customer service, and are available longer-term, there is potential for ongoing opportunities after the event.
