We’re Flash & Frame — aka the Booth Babes, Bross and Boss’
We run the most iconic photobooths + 360 video booths at the biggest weddings, festivals, and corporate parties in the Okanagan.
Think: concerts, wineries, galas, charity balls, golf tournaments, festivals. If it’s fun, we’re there.
We’re looking for an Event Director (you) to join the squad. Translation: you’ll be running the booth, hyping people up, pressing the magic buttons, and basically making sure guests leave with the best memories ever. Did I mention attending the hottest events in the Okanagan ?

What you’ll actually do (but cooler):

• Set up + run photobooths + 360 booths and some of our new gear that’s launching
• Hype people up when they’re shy be the human glitter bomb )
• Help guests snap pics, boomerangs, vids — and make them feel like celebs
• Keep things running smoothly (you’ll get trained so it’s easy peasy)
• Pack it up at the end (teamwork = dreamwork )

What we need from you:

• A people person (if you can get a whole group smiling, you’re hired)
• Comfortable with tech (don’t worry, we’ll train you — just don’t panic at an iPad)
• Reliable + professional (we do high-end events, so we need you to show up and shine)
• Able to lift some equipment (booths aren’t heavy, but you’ll need some muscle )
• Driving your own wheels ( we are all over the place this is not A transit or scooter friendly position )
• Be cool with working nights + weekends (that’s when the party’s at)
• Day time schedule interest ; we have opportunities for you too !
