Job Description Execute Flawless Events: Be the on-the-ground force for our marketing events. You’ll assist with the detailed execution of 1-2 major trade shows and 1-2 customer engagement events per month, ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. Manage Our Merchandise Program: Take full ownership of our company merchandise. You will source items, work on designs, and manage the entire inventory and distribution process. Strengthen Key Relationships: Take charge of our academia relations by managing contracts and identifying new opportunities for collaborative events. You'll also be central to our internal communications, helping execute quarterly town halls and other employee engagement activities. Qualifications Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. An outgoing and detail-oriented "people person" who thrives on organization and planning. A proactive problem-solver who is comfortable taking initiative and managing multiple tasks. A collaborative team player ready to contribute to both external and internal-facing projects.
