Uraian Pekerjaan • Is responsible for rendering secretarial and clerical services towards incoming guest requirement with regards to rooms and banquet inquiry. • Cooperates with other department / section, mainly operational section such as banquet and kitchen for a smooth operation purpose. • Handles the visit customer to hotel related to conventions and events. Kualifikasi • Open minded. • Friendly and willing to assist people. • Accurates and able to work in team. • Understands and has sense of business and its urgency. Informasi Tambahan • Degree in Hotel Management school, or general Business school. • Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes. • Technologies and distribution tools - PMS (Opera or FOLS, Fidelio V7, Hogatex Starlight, Hotix). - CRS (TARS data and resa main screens) and distribution channels. • Able to communicate effectively. • Fast typing is an advantage. • Communication skills : PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook. • Languages: fluent in the national language, and good level in English Kategori: Sales & Marketing Tipe Pekerjaan: Waktu Terbatas Jadwal: Penuh Waktu
