Position Summary The Inventory Coordinator for events plays a vital role in the inventory accuracy and maintenance of event packages. This position typically involves direct coordination of event logistics, ensuring each detail contributes to a seamless, successful outcome that meets client specifications and exceeds customer expectations. By handling event product, such as applying RFID to each item and packing trunks for each event, the Inventory Coordinator helps create memorable experiences that reflect operational excellence and hospitality. Essential Functions Responsible for the inventory accuracy and maintenance of event packages Partner with Sales Team/Merchandise Planner to ensure timely fulfillment of transfer orders and sales orders Pack trunks for each event and write index cards with product information to assist the sales team. Conduct inventory of both outgoing and incoming trunk shipments to verify accuracy and inspect for any damages Process work orders for any sold items requiring sizing and manage timely shipment to the designated location. Maintain vault organization, ensuring product is safely stored, tagged, and always accounted for Oversees invoicing associated with the event. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in logistics, hospitality, business, communications, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in event coordination in a corporate environment. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Ability to remain calm under pressure and maintain a customer-centric mindset. Experience in managing inventory and tracking movement of product. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
