Description
The Company Las Vegas Ballpark, under the Seaport Entertainment Group umbrella, has partnered with Social House Entertainment to bring Enchant Christmas back to Las Vegas Ballpark in 2025. Enchant Christmas has been a holiday tradition at the venue for the past four years, delighting guests with its immersive experiences and festive atmosphere. Seaport Entertainment Group is a premier entertainment and hospitality company that owns and operates a unique portfolio of assets at the intersection of entertainment and real estate. Its diverse holdings include the Seaport neighborhood in Lower Manhattan, the Las Vegas Aviators® Triple-A Minor League Baseball team, Las Vegas Ballpark, and an ownership stake in Jean-Georges Restaurants, along with development interests on the Las Vegas Strip. Seaport’s mission is to deliver world-class customer experiences through integrated offerings in live entertainment, sports, dining, retail, and hospitality. Enchant Christmas, operated by Social House Entertainment, is a globally recognized holiday experience that has welcomed more than three million guests over the past seven years. While Enchant is rooted in the spirit of Christmas, it represents just the beginning of the company’s vision to create magical, large-scale experiences for audiences worldwide. About The Role: As an Event Lead at Enchant, you’ll play a key role in guiding our seasonal team and ensuring the magic shines through in every detail. This leadership position combines hands-on supervision with a guest-focused mindset—you’ll oversee key activations, manage staff assignments, and keep operations running smoothly while maintaining the festive spirit that makes Enchant special. From monitoring cleanliness and safety to resolving guest concerns with a smile, you’ll be the point person who keeps both the team and guest experience on track. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy bringing out the best in others, and love creating joyful memories for families, this role is your chance to lead with holiday cheer. What You Will Do: Lead with Cheer: Supervise and support Event Staff (our elves!) across areas such as Santa’s Landing, the Skate Shop, the Snow Slide, the Maze, and more. Provide clear direction, assign positions, and rotate team members as needed to keep energy high. Orchestrate the Experience: Oversee guest flow from queues to activations, ensuring interactions are welcoming, efficient, and photo ready. Monitor VIP lines and maintain priority service with a personal touch. Keep the Magic Sparkling: Ensure each area is show-ready—decorated, clean, safe, and functional. Inspect signage, stanchions, props, and décor to guarantee every detail adds to the magic. Communicate Clearly: Distribute radios and scanners, manage event communications, and ensure staff understand assignments. Act as the go-to contact for addressing escalated guest concerns with professionalism and warmth. Collaborate Like Santa’s Workshop: Parter with photographers, vendors, security and other departments to deliver seamless event operations and a magical atmosphere for all. Problem-Solve with Holiday Spirit: Adapt quickly to challenges, keeping both guests and team members in high spirits while ensuring safety and efficiency. About You: Proven Leadership: Experience supervising, motivating, or mentoring a team in events, hospitality, retail, or guest services. Guest-Focused Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to delight guests and resolve issues gracefully. Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for presentation, safety, and operational excellence. Organizational Strength: Ability to juggle multiple tasks, manage time effectively, and keep your team on track. Reliability & Flexibility: Available evenings, weekends, and holidays—including Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Comfortable standing for long periods and bale to lift up to 50 lbs. Positive Energy: A festive, can-do spirit that inspires others and adds to the holiday cheer. Commitment: Training: Dates to be confirmed. Show Period: November 19 – December 28, 2025 (Afternoon/Evening Hours) Availability: Must be available throughout the show, including key dates around the holidays.
