THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this Event Logistics Manager role we are seeking candidates with proven experience in a similar, events based role. Those working within an operational management or logistical role within an event supply business would be highly desirable. Individuals must have exceptional planning skills and be a confident and effective communicator at all levels. The ability to work efficiently in a fast paced and ever changing environment is also incredibly important for the Event Logistics Manager position. Candidates must also have a full UK drivers licence.

The Event Logistics Manager role will spearhead operations within the business, playing a pivotal part in ensuring their events are delivered seamlessly from a logistical planning perspective. This Event Logistics Manager role will have responsibilities including;

• Driver route planning
• Scheduling time sensitive deliveries of people, props and equipment
• Streamlining operations for the business
• Supplier relationship management
• Logistical tracking of all kit
• Implementing and managing H&S processes
• Collaborating with wider departments within the business
• Managing administrative duties such as securing of licenses, insurances, etc.
