WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Coordinate all logistics for trade shows and events — from scheduling shipments and managing booth assets to ensuring timely, seamless deliveries.

• Track, organize, and maintain booth displays, signage, and branded materials so they’re always event-ready.
• Manage swag and promotional item inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked, brand-compliant, and tailored to each audience.

• Partner with internal teams to prep event materials, pack and ship supplies, and support onsite setup/teardown when needed.

• • Reconcile event assets and shipping documents post-event, identifying opportunities for future efficiency.
