  • Professional expertise in event management including a strong track record of successfully managed events internally as well as externally
  • Experience in event management, communication, marketing or from event agency environment will be helpful

  • Strong customer focus
  • Ability to work under pressure and to cope with tight timelines
  • Passion and energy for making people smile by enjoying and remembering good events
  • Creative personality who leads with imagination and by thinking out of the box
  • International or global role experience

The role of the Event Manager and Assistant to the CCAS Team is to strengthen the brand awareness and image and reputation by organizing internal and external events like town hall meetings, webcasts, employee events, media events, exhibition and congresses, job fairs or more. A good collaboration with teams across all levels of the organisation is key.

WHAT THE JOB IS ABOUT / KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Identifying opportunities to strengthen the image & reputation of the company and to position Zentiva internally as well as externally, following the strategy and our Roadmap 2028
  • Liaising with internal and external clients to identify needs and plan accordingly
  • Setting up a professional project management to plan and implement events from A to Z including event planning, design, coordination, operations, event logistics, marketing and promotional activities, risk management and post-event evaluation and tracking of KPIs, and follow up in line with time, budget management, resources and policies.
  • Cooperating and aligning with stakeholders internally and externally including partners, speakers, supporting staff and suppliers
  • Assisting the Head of Communications, Corporate Affairs and Sustainability in daily admin work and team activities
