KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Plan, organize, and execute various client events, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Utilize social media platforms to promote events, engage with audiences, and enhance overall event presence.
  • Coordinate with vendors, stakeholders, and clients to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Provide onsite event management, ensuring all operations are conducted seamlessly.
  • Attend events, which may include working outside standard office hours and varying days based on event schedules.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and the public, demonstrating excellent social savvy.
  • Drive to various event locations with your own vehicle.
