Project Manager – Events & Exhibitions

Creative & Presentation Packaging

Expo City Dubai, UAE | Full-time

Can you manage an event from brief to execution and turn creative ideas into compelling client presentations?

We’re looking for a Project Manager with 5 years of experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing or creative agencies.

In this role, you will:

• Manage projects from client briefing through final delivery.
• Own presentation packaging, combining concepts, visuals, technical details and commercial inputs into polished client proposals.
• Coordinate Creative, Production, AV, Operations and Procurement teams.
• Manage timelines, approvals, budgets and project documentation.
• Support on-site execution and event operations.

You should bring strong Google Slides skills, a good creative eye, excellent client communication and the ability to independently drive projects to completion.
