We offer exciting career opportunities for individuals with the following responsibilities and requirements: Responsibilities Plan and execute events, including venue selection, menu planning, and coordinating all necessary equipment and vendors. Work with clients to determine their objectives, preferences, and budgets, and provide recommendations and creative ideas to achieve them. Ensure all event details are communicated to relevant parties and executed flawlessly, including on-site coordination during events. Manage event logistics, including room layouts, audiovisual and technical requirements, and transportation and parking. Monitor event budgets, negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals, and ensure all invoices and payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to develop promotional materials and ensure events are effectively marketed and communicated to attendees. Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement. Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field. Proven experience in event planning and coordination. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors. Detailed-oriented and able to ensure flawless execution of events. Strong budget management skills, with experience negotiating costs and managing invoicing and payments. Familiarity with event management software and Microsoft Office.
