Job Summary
The Event Manager is responsible for all details regarding the support, coordination, and implementation of domestic and international tradeshows, office openings, and VIP customer events. Under the direction of leadership, this role will be primarily responsible for owning event contacts, logistics, vendor management, sales awareness and successful lead capture.
Additionally, for most if not all events the Event Manager will be expected to be in attendance to ensure the success of the event, safety and compliance is adhered to and troubleshoot any issues that may arise to ensure clients have engaging experience.
Partners with Marketing team members and internal colleagues on a regular basis, ensuring employees are informed of upcoming events, and are ready to participate.
Responsibilities
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree in a related field is requiredBachelors degree preferred in 3-5 years of Events related experience, including overseas tradeshows, and vendor negotiations
Required Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills.
