Description We’re looking for an Event Manager who loves bringing events to life—from setup to execution—while leading a strong team and delivering standout guest experiences. What You’ll Do Lead the setup, execution, and breakdown of events and catered functions Coordinate staff, rentals, layouts, and timelines using BEOs Oversee event teams to ensure smooth service and beautiful presentations Manage staff scheduling, labor control, and on-site leadership Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards Handle event-related admin such as BEO budgets, inventory, and P&L support Train, coach, and motivate team members for top performance Partner with Operations and Sales leadership to execute flawless events What We’re Looking For Experience in events, banquets, catering, or event planning Strong knowledge of food & beverage operations and event flow Comfortable working with BEOs, staffing plans, and timelines Natural leader with great communication and organization skills Able to stay calm and flexible during busy or high-pressure events Available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Customer-focused with a professional, guest-first mindset
