Job Title: Event Manager – Events & Experiences
Company: Nexrevive – Creative Event Agency Location: Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, UAE (on‑site, with event travel) Job Type: Full‑time
About Nexrevive Nexrevive is a Dubai‑based creative event agency that turns clients' goals into brand experiences that create real impact. We deliver events end to end — creative, 3D design, production, technical AV and on‑ground management — for corporate, government, festivals and brand launches across the UAE and KSA. We win on sharper creative, smarter budgets and flawless delivery.
The Role We're looking for a hands‑on Event Manager to own events from brief to breakdown — planning, coordinating and delivering them on time, on budget and to a high standard. You'll be the person who makes it happen on the ground, managing suppliers, crew and timelines, and keeping clients confident every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage events end to end — concept to execution to post‑event wrap‑up.
- Build and manage event budgets, timelines, production schedules and run sheets.
- Source, negotiate with and coordinate suppliers, vendors, freelancers and crew.
- Lead on‑site setup, live event delivery and dismantle, solving problems in real time.
- Manage logistics, permits, approvals, health & safety and venue coordination.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them updated and confident.
- Work closely with the creative, 3D design and production teams to deliver the vision.
- Ensure every event is delivered on budget and to the agency's quality standard.
- Conduct post‑event reviews and reporting.
Requirements
- 3+ years of event management experience, ideally with a UAE events agency or production house.
- Proven track record of delivering events on the ground — corporate, government, festivals or brand activations.
- Strong budgeting, logistics, planning and vendor‑management skills.
- Calm and decisive under pressure, with excellent problem‑solving and multitasking.
- Strong network of UAE suppliers, vendors and crew is a major advantage.
- Excellent communication and client‑management skills.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and long hours during events.
- UAE driving licence preferred.
- English essential; Arabic is a strong plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience with large‑scale or government events in the UAE/GCC.
- Knowledge of production, fabrication and technical AV.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary based on experience.
- High‑profile projects and direct access to the founder and senior team.
- A fast‑growing agency where you can own delivery and grow with the business.
