This role is ideal for someone who thrives in public environments, enjoys connecting with people, and can confidently initiate conversations. You will attend local events, visit partner locations, and actively engage with potential customers to schedule appointments for our internal team. Success in this role is driven by energy, initiative, and the ability to turn everyday interactions into booked appointments. Key Responsibilities Represent the company at local events, community spaces, and partner locations Proactively engage with individuals in public settings to generate interest in our services Initiate conversations and confidently approach potential customers Educate prospects on company offerings in a clear, engaging, and enthusiastic manner Set and confirm appointments with qualified leads on the spot Accurately capture and manage lead information Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handoff of scheduled appointments Identify and suggest new high-traffic locations or partnership opportunities for outreach Maintain a consistent presence in the field and actively contribute to appointment targets What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days) First 30 Days: Learn company messaging, services, and target audience Begin working in the field at assigned locations Build confidence in approaching and engaging potential customers Start generating and setting appointments 60–90 Days: Consistently meet or exceed appointment targets Independently identify strong locations for outreach Demonstrate strong conversion from conversations to booked appointments Become a reliable, high-energy representative of the brand in the field Strong communication and people skills; an outgoing personality is a plus. Ability to confidently approach and talk to new people.
