We’re looking for a high energy Event Marketing Assistant to join our team and help us take our outreach and sales efforts to the next level. Event Marketing Assistant Responsibilities:

• Event Marketing Assistants represent leading nonprofit organizations through high-impact, face-to-face interactions at exciting community events.
• Execute creative and strategic sales campaigns that raise awareness and drive engagement.
• Work with a passionate, mission-driven team to plan and execute public events that inspire action.
• Serve as the main connection between nonprofits and the communities they serve.
• Deliver memorable event experiences that fuel our charitable partners growth.
• Master the art of community-based sales while building lasting relationships.
• Collaborate with a team of passionate professionals committed to excellence in Event Marketing and sales.

Event Marketing Assistant Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or event marketing is a plus- but we value personality and drive even more
• Flexibility to work events on weekdays and weekends
• Local to Dallas, TX or able to commute reliably
