SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Event marketing experience is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Highly organised and effective at managing multiple briefs and projects.
  • Meticulous language and grammar skills.
  • Experience in working with designers and agencies of brand guardianship/working to brand guidelines and style guides.
  • Confident in using design terminology.
  • A commitment and full understanding brand integrity.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

Reporting to the Deputy Head of Marketing, the Event Marketing Campaign Coordinator will co-ordinate the marketing campaign to a series of Wandsworth based events, working primarily on the London Borough of Culture project.
Integral to the delivery of marketing and communications campaigns, the coordinator role will manage the delivery of creative assets as required by the wider marketing team in line with their campaigns. The successful candidate will own responsibility for ensuring the team are able to smoothly deliver materials for all campaigns in a timely and effective manner, overseeing, ordering and checking all design, liaising internally and externally on behalf of the wider team.
This is the perfect role for an exceptionally organised person who is interested in and has an eye for design and a passion for brand. They must have meticulous proofing and written skills as they will uphold and guard the Enable and affiliate brands, tone of voice and style as per guidance. An eye for detail and methodical mind is essential. We are a fast paced yet small and friendly team and need someone who lives and breathes organisation and has a creative streak.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Management and Maintenance of our existing event campaigns calendar and related collateral needs.
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure materials are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Creating design briefs with team managers and seeing it through to production by liaising with designers and agencies.
  • Ordering of the materials and printing; Managing the design, print and distribution of print campaigns. Key collateral examples are banner campaigns, mailer drops, print advertising and outdoor advertising campaigns.
  • Oversee the production and collection of digital collateral, such as photography and videography.
  • Copywriting when required for key advertising collateral.
  • Occasional weekend work at some of our exciting events will be required.
  • Any other relevant duties as directed by Deputy Head of Marketing.
