Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Event Marketing Coordinator to support our global marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing our presence at industry trade shows and company hosted virtual events. This junior-level role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and a passion for logistics and events.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring our brand stands out on the global stage—coordinating with event organizers, managing timelines and deliverables, and ensuring every booth or branded item arrives on time and within budget!

WHAT WILL HELP YOU TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing coordination, event planning, or administrative support roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive, self-starting attitude.
  • Experience with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Notion, Asana), and basic budgeting/spend tracking.
  • Comfortable working with remote teams across multiple time zones.
