Description
We’re looking for a hands-on Event Marketing Executive to support the delivery of B2B marketing events in Malaysia. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys organising events, coordinating logistics, and working closely with teams to bring events to life. You will support industry events, networking sessions, and customer events, while gaining exposure to broader marketing campaigns and partnerships. RESPONISBILITIES Events (Main Focus) Coordinate and support B2B events (e.g. roundtables, networking events, industry events). Assist with venue sourcing, vendors, and logistics. Manage event registrations, guest lists, and communications. Support on-site event setup and execution. Help track attendance and leads after events. Marketing Support Assist with email invites and simple campaign coordination. Support the preparation of event materials (slides, emails, basic assets). Help coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales). Maintain simple trackers for events and campaigns. REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of experience in events, marketing, or coordination roles. Experience supporting or organising events (corporate or B2B preferred). Strong organisational and coordination skills. Comfortable with hands-on, on-site event work. Good communication skills in English (Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
