KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years in event planning, field marketing, or retail lead generation (home services experience a plus)
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Marketing Lead Generation Coordinator to boost our retail presence and generate qualified leads through well-executed events. You’ll be the driving force behind high-traffic consumer-facing events across the Dallas market, ensuring our brand is visible, approachable, and generating real results.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Research, secure, and coordinate a minimum of two in-person events per week (e.g., expos, festivals, retail pop-ups)
  • Negotiate booth space and placement for maximum visibility
  • Build and maintain relationships with event organizers and vendors
  • Manage all event logistics including setup, displays, promotional items, and staffing
  • Monitor budgets, negotiate costs, and track event ROI
  • Report key performance metrics like leads generated and cost per lead
