Position Title: Event Marketing Manager, Oncology Position Summary: Natera is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and communicative project manager to coordinate and support Tier 3 Corporate Oncology Conferences and events. This role manages a high-volume portfolio of 40 + Tier 3 events annually for our Oncology Business unit, requiring strong operational rigor, proactive communication and the ability to standardize processes across diverse stakeholders. This person will partner with our Oncology brand marketing team to align strategy and will be responsible for tracking, resourcing and supporting the execution of Tier 3 conferences to ensure events are delivered on brand, on budget and in alignment with the established process. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple simultaneous projects, is familiar with small exhibit logistics, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities and identifying operational gaps before they become an issue. Experience in healthcare or biotech is a plus, but not required. Key Responsibilities: Logistics: Manage the portfolio of Tier 3 events using the established processes, templates and approved budgets Work with conference organizers to vet opportunities, identify timelines and & align with Oncology Brand Marketing partner Coordinate tabletop logistics, shipping, exhibitor services set up and material orders Maintain detailed overview plans for all Tier 3 events including vendor set-up, PO and budget approvals, timelines, on-site task lists and material orders Liaise with vendors for Tier 3 conferences Track contracts, invoices and payments in coordination with our Event Managers Track deliverables and deadlines to ensure the team stays on schedule Maintain documentations, recaps and reporting for Tier 3 conferences Prepare and prep the field for on-site execution Administrative & Team Support: Work with Brand Leads to assist with meeting coordination, agendas and notes Identify opportunities to improve processes, templates and workflows Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier 3 conferences ensuring seamless communication with marketing stakeholders, vendors and internal partners (i.e. graphic design, procurement, finance, etc.) Qualifications, Skills & Experience: 3 – 5 years of experience in project coordination, events and/or marketing Exceptional organization and time management skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to document and track multiple project timelines at once High Attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple stakeholders and remaining calm and flexible Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. Experience with project management tools (ie.
