Do you love details, organization, and creating experiences that make an impact? Our financial planning firm is looking for an Event & Marketing Manager to take ownership of our client workshops and marketing initiatives.
This is a growth opportunity where you’ll help us host educational workshops, manage event logistics, and ensure a smooth client experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High levels of organization, reading comprehension, and dependability
  • Professional, outgoing people skills, both on the phone and in person
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excitement to be part of a growing team that impacts people’s financial futures
  • Prior event planning or marketing support experience preferred
  • Comfortable with Windows operating systems, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Zoom, and CRM systems
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • The ability to lift 25lbs
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and attend approx. 4-6 evening workshops per month (materials, logistics, registration, confirmations, and follow-up)
  • Maintain event supplies, marketing materials, and promotional items
  • Support in-force servicing and client admin as capacity allows
  • Manage office supplies and basic front-office duties (phones, greeting clients, processing mail, etc.)
