Storm Guard Roofing & Construction of Wisconsin, a trusted name in exterior restoration, is seeking a full-time Event Marketing Manager to spearhead our face-to-face lead generation initiatives across the region.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone to lead an exciting department and drive growth! In this role, you’ll coordinate and execute Storm Guard’s participation in home shows, community events, and retail store setups across our territory, aiming to connect directly with homeowners and generate leads on the spot. This is a dynamic, field-based leadership position requiring weekend availability every week and a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and manage Storm Guard’s presence at local and regional events, including home shows and fairs.
• Recruit, train, and lead a team of sales people to set appointments and engage with homeowners.
• Set weekly lead goals, coach team members, and monitor key performance indicators
• Provide on-site leadership every weekend, ensuring successful event execution.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize strategies and submit weekly performance reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of team leadership or field management experience.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and coaching skills.
• Mandatory weekend availability year-round (events occur Saturdays & Sundays).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
• Experience in event marketing, retail engagement, or direct sales is advantageous.
